Ordered size M/L on the website which according to the sizing chart would have fitted the size of my head. Got the helmet and out of the box it shows size large and it way too big. Build quality is very poor as well. Looking to return it

The helmet—the design is top-notch. It fits perfectly. I’m super happy with it. At least I can’t complain. The turn signal voice prompts that let you know which direction you’re signaling in, and the feature that automatically turns off the turn signals, are great. I’ve noticed that in the version of the helmet I just received, the USB-C charging port cover now has a small tab to help open it. That wasn’t the case with the previous model (ordered through Amazon), and it was always hard to open. So, thumbs up for that improvement. What I’ve noticed now, though, is that the lighting modes have changed. In the previous model, I could select and save the rear light settings and always turn the front light on or off with a single click while riding. Now, with this model, I can only control, adjust, and turn the front light on or off in combination with the rear light. Not so great. I would have preferred to have them separate again. It’s a shame that you can’t configure and save this yourself—for example, via the remote, your helmet, or an app—the way you’d like. I’ve also noticed that, in both the previous version and the current version, the turn signal LEDs aren’t quite orange and don’t stand out from the red. That could be improved. It would also be great if the LED taillight strip extended around the helmet, like on the LIVALL Evo21 helmet. Das dynamische Licht bei dem Helm ist auch super und modern. The dynamic lighting on this helmet is also great and modern. It could be incorporated into the LinkedSafe 2.0. And why did they decide against including front turn signals? That way, you could alert oncoming traffic when turning. If those features were added, the LinkedSafe 2.0 helmet would be almost perfect ;-) That's why, unfortunately, I can only give it 3 stars, even though the helmet actually deserves 4 or 5 stars. Maybe with the LinkedSafe 2.0 helmet ;-)

Love the blue tooth connection to the phone, and the remote control, perhaps a way to control the light from the remote might be nice, and or a walkie talkie feature built , so far so good

wonderful helmet , looks and feel good,, like wearing a feather to other helmets, just think that the instructions could be more thorough, had to play with it quite a lot before understanding all the different ways you can have the lights working, HOWEVER I'M VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE, WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERY ONE.

I like the helmet but the size seems to run larger than others I've tried with the same size range. Even with the tightness adjustment to the smallest fit, it feels a little uncomfortable on my head. Possibly wearing a beanie hat may work better. I'm ready not blaming the dealer. It's not worth paying for the shipping fee for returning it and again for the shipping of the smaller size. But I really thank you for your concern.
I love the freedom from earbuds! My only problem is the location of the on/off button. My goggles push against it when my head us in certain positions resulting in the helmet turning off without me touching the button. Other than that I feel like this was a good investment.
Nice helmet but the flap that covers the USB port lasted about 1 day.
